Search teams have spent months looking for 83-year-old Ann Marie Vlahovich.
Thursday, officers spotted a vehicle in a forested area near the intersection of Highway 9 and Highway 35.
It may be Vlahovich's 2001 Cadillac, but police have not given confirmation.
A body was found in the car but police will not confirm if it is the missing woman.
They have said that her disappearance is not suspicious.
