The fires were reported at about 9:10 p.m. in garbage cans at the women's restroom of a Johnny Rockets restaurant and a public bathroom near Red Robin restaurant, Cpl. Mike Roberts said.
The fires are being investigated as potential acts of arson.
Roberts said mall officials were going through surveillance tapes, but no suspect had been identified.
