It happened on 23rd avenue around 10:00 pm on Saturday night.
Officers believe the five year old ran into the street where he was struck and killed by a motorcycle.
The boy's name is not being released.
The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Police aren't saying whether the driver was speeding, or if he'll be charged.
