Tuesday, the planned sale of Great America's corporate owners fell through. Cedar Fair Entertainment has stayed on the sidelines in the stadium deal ever since last year's announced buyout plans were made by another company.
But with that deal now off the table, Cedar Fair will begin talks with the city and the 49ers to resolve traffic concerns and other issues surrounding the stadium project.
