Caught on video: Dramatic arrest of San Leandro woman

STOCKTON, Calif. (KGO) -- Sky 7 HD captured the moment CHP officers arrested a San Leandro woman at the end of a chase that went from the East Bay into San Joaquin County Wednesday afternoon.

The chase started in Alameda County around 1 p.m. and ended with Jamie Phelps struggling with officers on northbound Interstate 5 near Charter Way in Stockton, shortly before 2 p.m.

Authorities say they tried to pull over the car in Dublin because it had a cracked windshield. They had to deploy a spike strip to finally stop her.
