SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco is intensifying its efforts to make sure homeless members of the LGBTQ community have access to city services.

ABC7 News was at Social Hall SF as Mayor Ed Lee toured a special edition of Project Homeless Connect.

That was a one-stop event for homeless people to get medical exams, glasses, haircuts and even massages.

Wednesday's event included agencies focused on gay, lesbian and transgender communities.
