San Jose police investigating fatal officer-involved shooting

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Police are investigating a fatal officer-involved shooting in San Jose this evening.

Officers were dispatched to the vicinity of Third and Martha streets around 6:15 p.m. on report of a stabbing. That's when the shooting occurred, according to police.
