CONCORD, Calif. -- Two drivers were arrested on suspicion of DUI during a drunken driving enforcement patrol that started on Friday night, according to police.
Officers stopped a total 31 vehicles in Concord from 9 p.m. Friday to 3 a.m. Saturday.
Those stops yielded six DUI investigations, and two of those investigations led to DUI arrests, according to police.
Three drivers were also cited or arrested for driving without a license or on a revoked or suspended license, and one vehicle was towed.
A total of twelve citations were issued, police said.
The Concord Police Department's DUI saturation patrol was funded by the California Office of Traffic Safety and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
