Spam e-mail mimics Comcast offer

The computer bad guys are getting really good at what they do.

A fake email claiming to be from Comcast says, 'For faster Internet service, just download this piece of software.' Those who followed the instructions got malware instead, that stole credit card numbers and passwords.

A similar scam was sent out under the Bank of America name.

Computer security firm F-Secure first caught onto the scam and wrote about it on their blog.
