Light and fluffy Chocolate T's tea cakes!

Recipe:

Chocolate T's Chip Cookie

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 Teas. to 1 cup of flour Baking Powder
  • 1 Teas. per 1 cup of flour Vanilla Flavoring
  • 1/2 Teas. of salt
  • 2 cups (12 ounces) chocolate chips

    You cream the shortening first. Add brown sugar and blend, then blend in white sugar. Beat the eggs separately then add to mix. Blend in milk until mixed well, add flour gradually, then add baking powder, vanilla flavor and salt to mix. Add the chocolate chips last to thoroughly blend everything in together!

    Place your desired amount of cookie batter unto an ungreased - unflowered pan. For baked cookie size of approximately 3-4 inches in diameter, place about 3 tbsp full for a single size cookie

    Bake at 375 F and enjoy!
